Error while updating Microsoft 365

I am trying to update Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise Semi Annual Channel for 2208.
Currently I am using version (15601.20578) and I want to update it to the latest version, however, while fetching the updates a dialog apper with error code 27-30023.
I also tried to update the patch from the patch management center and the message there says: Problem while downloading the patch. HTTP Error : 404
What are the prerequisites need to be done in order to download the updates?
