We are currently facing difficulties in browsing intranet.mydomain.com after mapping it in our public DNS (intranet.mydomainname.com > mydomainname.sharepoint.com) and we receive below error.

(Still when I open mydomainname.sharepoint.com it works normally but when I open intranet.mydomainname.com i got below page)

For resolve DNS issue for SharePoint Online, I suggest you open a service request with Microsoft.
