While trying to provision an email domain, the SPF record is not being verified

My Domain Name Service is register.com. The DKIM/DKIM2 values were verified.

    Changes to DNS settings can take some time to propagate across the internet. It's possible that the SPF record is not yet fully propagated. Wait for some time and try again to see if the verification succeeds.
