Hi Team,
Before 2 years I had achieved 2 Microsoft certifications, which need to be renewed.
I have the soft copies of certificates with me which does not specify the email ID, and I am not able to recollect the login credentials used during that time.
Could you please guide how change the personal account (MSA) associated with my Certification profile to this new email ID?
Once my certification profile is mapped to my new Microsoft learn personal email ID, I am going to schedule for the exam.
Could you please help me?
