Exam got disconnected middle of doing test - Case raised with MS

Hi MS Team,

Case number : 09884429

While doing my exam it got disconnected, I reported immediately and raise a case.

But I have not received update for this. The coupon has limited validity.

I need to complete the certificate before end of this month.

Can you please check the status and update me asap.
