Also I'm wondering what is the rule in your Excel sheet to tell if an email address is subscribed or unsubscribed?

I get access in Outlook to distribution list in the Address book of an organization and do not have the choice to use these ones for mailings. However, some people unsubscribed from mailings. Need every time to withdraw them manually. I was wondering if an export to Excel or connection between both application Outlook/Excel (VBA or PowerQuery) could help to remove the unsubscribed automatically.
