Outlook inbox mails are missing.

Hey there, fellow Outlook users! I have a question for you, and I hope you can help me out.

Since last week, a single user in my company is experiencing a strange phenomenon which is, some emails from her Inbox are missing right after the Outlook initial synchronization. That means, the user can see those emails for some seconds but, right after they are simply gone.

This happens as well through the web version, and I have already tried the following:

 

  • Resetting the Microsoft Store cache
  • Repairing the email account in Outlook
  • Clearing offline items in the Inbox
  • Creating a new Outlook profile and repairing the Outlook data file
  • Search for Sync and other errors with the Troubleshooting tool
  • Check "Filter Email"
  • Check "Focused and Other" Inbox

 

None of these solutions worked for me and I'm running out of ideas.

I would appreciate any suggestions or tips from you guys. Thanks in advance!
