As mentioned above after adding license. logout and login it will be lost.
Microsoft Intune Plan 1 Off .Error. See below for details.

I tried to open Intune plan 1. but when I reload site, it turns off

From the picture, it shows the licenses are assigned successfully. But when you check again, it shows error. The issue is strange. I suggest open case to check in the background to find the issue. Here is a link with the steps to open case for your reference:

If not, please check if we will get an error in the right top. If yes, click the error and see the detailed error message to get more information.
Meanwhile, please check if all the Intune licenses are already used.
