I tried to open Intune plan 1. but when I reload site, it turns off

@Hoang Vo, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the error, if we login out and login again to assign, will the error disappear?

If not, please check if we will get an error in the right top. If yes, click the error and see the detailed error message to get more information.

Meanwhile, please check if all the Intune licenses are already used.

As mentioned above after adding license. logout and login it will be lost.
