No longer getting Authenticator approval requests for my Outlook sign-ins?

I was prompted to sign-In to my outlook account. Screen said to verify a number in my Authenticator, as I have done before. But I now don't receive any notification on my device. Notifications for my other e-mail account are still coming to my device.
