Across all my customers today I have been getting inundated with reports of poor performance on explore since the June update came out specifically around the Windows Servicing Stack 19044.3025 and 19045.3025, a restore of the machine prior to to the install date is the only way to fix it.

I have now put out a removal request across all 3,000 Window 10 machines, please can you confirm this is a known issue and when a fix will be provided or confirmed as added to the July update.

Removing a servicing stack update isn't possible. You can start a case here with product support. They'll be your best resource on this issue.
