How to Restore Windows 11 after Accidentally Installing Windows Server 2022

I accidentally installed Windows Server 2022 Standard on my main PC and now I can't boot into the regular Windows 11. After booting, a command prompt screen appears, and when I enter the password, it shows the 'Welcome to Windows Server 2022 Standard Evaluation' screen. How can I make it display the regular Windows 11?"

Attempts made to resolve the issue:

  • Attempted to boot in Safe Mode.
  • Pressed F8 after booting and selected 'Windows 11' in the advanced options.

Sounds like you installed a core install of the server evaluation. To return to windows 11 you can boot from the 11 install media, delete / recreate partitions and follow the prompts to complete the install.
