Why does the share window for OneDrive look different for one user?

Question

Recently one of our company's users approached me asking why the share window for OneDrive (desktop, Windows 10) looks different all of a sudden. I have so far found no explanation despite them being on the same version as me and every other user (23.114.0530.0001 64bit).

Below is a image of how that users OneDrive share window appears.

Compared to what every other users see:

The user prefers the Window looking like 2nd image and I would like to find out how to change it back.

Did users using the same organization account?

I suggest you check if the users accounts are different, try to change the account to login and share.
