How to access an old Azure DevOps environment if all previous people have left the company

Question

I am trying to access an old DevOps to gain access to a code base.
Unfortunately everyone previously involved in the project has left the company and there is no one to provide access.

How can I get access to Azure DevOps in this scenario?
