Hi,

I tried to sign up for Azure free account. On payment verification when I tried to provide debit card details it gives error: "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." as shown below:

International transactions are enabled for this debit card. I tried with some other debit cards as well but the error message is same.

I tried with email: ******@gmail.com

May you please check how to proceed with debit card.

Thanks,

Mahir Verma

Apologies for the late reply @Mahir Verma .

If your current debit card isn't working, you can try either using a different card or a PayPal account. You can also review Troubleshoot Azure payment issues - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn. If none of these steps are helpful, the best course of action is to contact Azure support.

I got same issue as you. The error message is not exactly what it is. I resolved this by changing to another bank and it worked.

    So try these:

-try using visa debit card from different banks.

-go to bank and issue physical card. do not issue card online because it is virtual card which is not accepted by Azure.

-your card must have at least a couple of dollars.

-only Cardholder name, Card number, expire date, cvv fields are important. other fields like address, zip code do not matter.

The fastest option to pass it:

    1. Create a new Microsoft account with another email and use it to create Azure account - you credit card will work (let the system automatically fill your address in card authorization form)
      OR
    2. Try to use your friend card (it's possible)
