How do I activate the LinkedIn Follow Company Plugin?

Question

I received a notification from LinkedIn about adding a Follow Company button to my website. I found my company's LinkedIn ID and pasted the following code into my website:

I can see the LinkedIn counter at the bottom of my site, but I understood there was an option for users to follow me on LinkedIn by clicking something on my website. Have I misunderstood this?
