Unable to show test runs outcome in ADO dashboard and integrate with jira

Question

There are two problems I am dealing with.

1.In ADO, I am trying to put a dashboard to capture the testing results across multiple projects for a organization .How can I capture the test cases runs 'outcomes' in dashboard.I do not see the work item type 'outcome' on the dashboard. Please suggest if there are better ways

2.Also I need to integrate the Jira dashboard with ADO dashboard.While I use the embedded widget to import the jira dashboard, this does not work. Please suggest some better methods to handle this
