I can’t sign in to my account because of the Authenticator app

Hello,
so I’ve been trying to sign in to student email for the past week but i couldn’t do that. Every time I try to login I get the code verification and I don’t have the account signed in on my phone because I signed out by accident and now there’s no other way for me to sign in except for the phone and I’m not signed in on it. How can I sign in or turn it off?
