Can't access my Azure account, told they don't have an account with that email

I have a paid Azure account with resource's that I am billed monthly for on my Azure subscription (Not this microsoft account). Today when I opened my laptop I was signed out on all the browsers and VS Code and now am unable to sign back in. I have tried all of the listed help sites, account recovery and other channels microsoft has suggested and nothing has worked or been even remotely helpful. So many of the links just redirect me to other issues that are not my issue or take me to Azure which I cant sign into! Since Im unable to sign into Azure Im unable to create a support ticket to get help from a person. All the account recovery sites just tell me that they have no record of my email or number. Though I literally have an invoice from less then 2 weeks ago from that azure subscription in my email. I thought maybe I could use an invoice from Azure to maybe get into the account but I just get back a :

"This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://portal.azure.com/@**************************?login_hint=************#blade/Microsoft_Azure_GTM/InvoiceDetailsBlade/invoiceId/**********/expectedLoginId/**********/expectedTenantId/******************* might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address".

Basically I'm out of options at this point, I've had this account for years and never had an issue. Can anyone from Microsoft help me figure this out please? I'm so extremely frustrated I haven't been able to get any help or talk to anyone for products that I pay for.
