Enable S Mode

Hello everyone,

we want to try using Windows 11 S in our company. We found the deployment lab on the Microsoft website but we don't really understand what it is asking us to do, if I may say... it's not well written at all. Does anyone have a guide we could follow to enable s mode in windows 11? We're making a usb key to try and boot windows 11 Home in s mode. We succedeed with Windows 10 following a video tutorial on youtube but I understand that the two things are very different from each other.

First of all, clarify that the "S mode" of Windows 11 is only available on Windows 11 Home as written by Microsoft on the next article:
