security bio pin change or setting unable to activate "what do I do"?

Question

I have two devices, phone and a microsoft google cromebook loptop, so I got my phone first and the bio setup was perfect but when I tried to sign it up on my brand new croombook it's not kicking in settings. My quastion is what setting do I configure so that I could change my Authenticator app on my google cromebook?

ps. I messed with cromebook settings in bio section on lock pin for every security check and change but nothing is changing it. "Can any body help me, or inlighten me on how do I change this for my loptop"? Please thank you.
