    Hi GF

To allow images to be displayed in emails from specific senders or domains, you can configure exceptions in Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (previously known as Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection or ATP). Here's how you can set up exceptions to allow images in emails:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center as a global admin or a security admin.
    2. Navigate to the "Threat management" section or "Security & Compliance" center, depending on your Microsoft 365 plan and interface.
    3. Locate and access the settings for Microsoft Defender for Office 365. The exact path may vary based on your interface and plan, but typically you can find it under "Security" or "Threat management" settings.
    4. Look for the "Safe attachments" or "Safe links" feature. This feature helps protect against malicious attachments or URLs. You will need to create an exception to allow images from specific senders or domains.
    5. Add an exception for image display. Typically, you'll find an option to configure "Allowed senders" or "Allowed domains" for exceptions. Add the email addresses or domains for which you want to allow images to be displayed.
    6. Save the changes. Once you've added the desired exceptions, save the settings in the Microsoft Defender for Office 365 configuration.

Please note that the exact steps and terminology might differ based on your Microsoft 365 plan, interface, and any updates made by Microsoft. It's recommended to refer to Microsoft's official documentation or consult with your Microsoft 365 administrator for specific guidance based on your organization's configuration.

Keep in mind that allowing images in emails from specific senders or domains may introduce a potential security risk. Ensure that you trust the senders or domains you whitelist and regularly review and update the exceptions as needed to maintain a secure email environment.
