Account Blocked

Question

I always sign in to my hotmail account using my email address and password. However, today I was trying to access my work email from my iphone using the Authenticator App. However, it was not working.  I added my hotmail account to the Auth. App since it was required.  However I was not having any luck getting into my work email still. I read somewhere to activate passwordless so I did that. Still couldn't get into my work email. When trying to get back into my hotmail account, since I had made it passwordless, it sent a code to the Auth, App, but I never got a code. I tried to remove the passwordless feature from my hotmail account, but couldn't figure out. It kept asking me to enter a code but I never got one. Then it said I entered too many code requests and it has locked me out. Please help

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
