I have such a problem with my computer that when I turn it on, nothing works for the first 2 minutes (no icons, no windows bar, nothing works at all) after 2 minutes everything starts to load and works, but every now and then I have no response to different windows, e.g. firefox, file explorer and various programs turn on for a long time - I have had a computer for 3 years and this problem has been with PC for a week. I use windows 10 H2.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows
Open Command prompt as administrator and type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
After this type the following command, and then press Enter. It may take several minutes for the command operation to be completed.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Also look at the Event Viewer application error logs to get clues.
@S.Sengupta I performed what you wrote about but unfortunately it didn't help. I tried after that also other commands in CMD but that didn't give me anything either - I also checked services in computer configuration (I left only services from microsoft enabled but the problem is the same). do you have any more idea how I can solve this problem. let me remind you that when I start my computer then for 2 minutes my desktop is inaccessible nothing I can do, no icons nothing turns on. After 2 minutes icons start to appear and everything turns on while after a while I get "no response" on windows windows (browser, expolorer and other applications). I have had my computer for 3 years before that I did not have this problem - my computer ran very well.
