My signed account (Global administrator) can't delete resources in azure like a application service or sql server

Hello, my account has the Global Administrator role. Also, it is the account with which I registered to the Azure portal.

I have been able to create a web application and a database in Azure SQL; however, now I wanted to delete those resources but I get the error that I do not have the necessary permissions.

I hope you can help me with this.

Please try to add Contributor permissions on Microsoft.Web to your hotmail account following the steps outlined on this StackOverflow forum thread.
