My Outlook Client For Windows can be used, but using outlook on the web, 500 error( something went wrong) happens.

I'm having the same issue, but only for my Outlook account through GoDaddy. GD says it's a local error and that I should contact my internet provider. My IP says that makes no sense.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried from my phone, tablet, and laptop and can't get into my email. On my mobile devices it just says "sync error" or something like that. I've tried restarting my devices and clearing my cache on my laptop, but nothing is working.

I've had this error message since this morning as well. Could it be an issue with New Outlook? I share an office and two of my peers use legacy and have not had any issues.

I had access this morning using my school email, but as soon as I signed into my company email I got the error code on browser.

I am able to access email on my iPhone, but cannot use desktop or browser Outlook.

Microsoft appears to have revised this as of 11 AM CDT:

"We've determined that re-applying the updated build on a limited scale has not resulted in service recovery as expected. While we are investigating this outcome, we're focused on alternate mitigation options to resolve the issue as quickly as possible."

ON 6-27-2023 I have this issue only through the web interface for outlook.live.com

IMAP is fine. All other MS account services and pages are fine. Sam results on Firefox and Chrome, on two different Windows 10 PCs. Only email through web browser gives this error:

the desktop app doesn't seem to be working for some of us, but the outlook mobile app is for some reason.

Same issue. Not all end users are affected. When the affected user logged into Office365 on a different PC, all other apps worked (Excel, Word, etc.) ONLY Outlook fails and spits out the "Something went wrong" . . . et: ServerError estack: Error: 500 emsg: ErrorUnexpectedFailure

the outlook mobile app is the only thing that seems to be working for me too. The desktop app doesn't work, it's not working on my other email app on my phone or tablet, it doesn't work on a browser or incognito, only the one specific app.

issue not resolved. microsoft developers are daft if they think its 'fixed' and telling people that.

using Cloudflare settings, reset DNS/flushed, change ipv4 and ipv6. tried disabling both one at a time. reset browsers.

then stopped. outlook apps and email clients work.

its OWA on different browser, devices, and networks. same error.

it sure would be a whole lot cooler if y'all stop telling people its fixed when it isn't. =)
