    Hello @Mara

    Thank you for posting this concern on this community.

    I would say that this issue might be due to an access conditional policy set up since that error ID means that you were able to log in but did not satisfy all the conditions to get in.

    That type of policies can be configured based on Device model, location, OS running and so on...
