Hello,
the two error codes mentioned for a faulty installation of Windows updates can occur in different constellations. Below you will find possible solutions to fix the problem:
- Perform a repair installation of your Office. You can find out how this works here.
- Make sure that Windows is not damaged. To do this, please open a command prompt (CMD window') as an administrator and enter the following commands:
- sfc /scannow
- dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Both commands may take some time.
