Not Received Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certificate and Badge

Though I have completed and Passed AZ-104 and AZ-305, I have not received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certificate and badge.

Could you please help.
