Prebuilt invoice api doesnt recognize invoice amount, where invoice template is same.

while scanning 5 invoices with same format as below (lines + total amount). 4 scan results have the total invoice amount (pre build fields). one specific invoice doesn't have invoice total amount in pre built fields.
Question: When 10 invoices results are correct, 11th could miss some element (date, total amount, etc...) Note: Format of the invoices are same.

May I know the API version you are using? Is it possible to share the document with us?

also we use Form recognizer sdk 4.0.
and also till last week, invoice amount was correct. today it gives wrong result. Instead of giving invoice amount, it gives partial text of invoice amount caption. It worked till last week.
In few weeks one of our customer is going live. any suggestion or best practice to avoid this?
I can send this invoice as well to you. when do I send this invoice in private?

2023-07-05T12:10:37.1666667+00:00 also line items were correct till last week. now captions are considered in lines and result is completely wrong, with same api and same pdf.
