As a developer of an Outlook Add-in, I am encountering some issues related to the installation and availability of the add-in in One Outlook. I would like to bring the following problems to your attention:

Inconsistency in Add-in Installation:

When users install our add-in from the "Get Add-ins" icon on the top Ribbon in Outlook, it is not consistently appearing in the "All Apps" listing inside the email options. Users have reported that it takes approximately one day for the installed add-in to reflect in their Outlook accounts. This delay in availability is causing confusion and frustration among our users.

Browser-Specific Add-in Availability:

We have received reports from users that our add-in is available in one browser (e.g., Chrome) but not available in another browser (e.g., Firefox). This inconsistency in add-in availability across different browsers is impacting the user experience and limiting the reach of our add-in.
