I trying to deploy another web app to azure and I get this error

I have azure-cognitive-search deployment

I want to deploy another one (have another URL for different roles), so I cloned the project and try to create another env

But I get this error "InvalidTemplateDeployment: The template deployment 'openai' is not valid according to the validation procedure. The tracking id is '9932578f-188b-42c6-ab38-5e222cfb6034'. See inner errors for details.

SpecialFeatureOrQuotaIdRequired: The current subscription does not have feature required by this model 'Format: OpenAI, Name: text-davinci-003, Version: 1, Source: ' and SKU 'Standard'."

Maybe i need additional subscription for new deployment

Thanks for reaching out to us, yes, you are correct, you need access to OpenAI service so that you can leverage it. Azure Cognitive Search resource can not cover this part. Please refer to below -
