XPERF Process LifeTime Graph AND Unreadable Text

Hello Community,
When viewing a ETL file inside XPERF , Process Lifetime graph shows garbled text instead of actual processes name as shown in the screenshot below. I have correctly configured Symbol paths. What might be causing this text to appear?
I am using XPERF from Windows 7 SDK on WIndows 10 Enterprise .
