Boot into Safe mode.

Open Command Prompt and type these commands one after the another followed by pressing the Enter key after each command:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

Press Windows +I on the keyboard to open settings. A window will open, as depicted in the image below, click on “Update & Security”.

A window will open as presented. Click on “Recovery” and under the title “Reset this PC” select “Get started”.

A dialog box will open. Click on “Keep my files”.

Then click on “Local reinstall”

Click on “Next”.

Click on “Reset” to factory reset Windows 10.
