I get the error message pastd below when trying to open outlook on desktop but outlook app on my android functions properly. Have tried clearing cache, etc but nothing helps.

This seems to be an issue that started happening recently. Microsoft is investing this issue. And it should be fixed soon. So give it some time and try again later.
