Recently my wifi hasn’t been connecting and has just disappeared from my settings every time i’ve been logged in for a few minutes. I tried numerous ways to fix including installing a new wifi adapter, but now my laptop will not start and just stays on the loading screen. I am not sure what to do as whenever i try to reset it it asks for a password but i don’t know what the password is to. Also, I have tried every password i can think of to no avail. Please help.

Hello, It looks like too many Settings changes triggered the computer's protection mechanism. If you have forgotten the password and the answers to the security questions, it is recommended that you go to your computer aftersales shop for further assistance.

If you forget password, then it could be retrieved through three secret questions in forget password option during sign-in. If you forget the answers of those 3 secret questions, then there is no option but to go for a clean installation.
