Installing Windows 10 Pro on an embedded Windows 11 Pro machine --- any licensing issue?

Good day,

As far we concern, installing Windows 10 Pro on an embedded Windows 11 Pro is workable however we would like to understand if it has any licensing issue by doing so. We are running the machines in corporate/business environment.
