When I program a schedule a meeting in Outlook, the meeting invitees can see the files I'm working on, it show up as a suggestion. What can I do to stop them from showing up?

When I program a schedule a meeting in Outlook, the meeting invitees can see the files I'm working on, it show up as a suggestion.
How do the meeting invitees see the files you are working on? After they received the meeting?
And how do you work on the files? Are you adding the files to the meeting attachment and trying to update the meeting?
