What are your account types and verification methods?
If your account is an organizational account, contact your administrator and follow the steps below to cancel multi-factor authentication:
Sign into the management portal > user > Per-user MFA>Select a specific user > enable/disable.
If your account is personal, to change the verification method, you can access the security verification method settings from the Security info page. For more details about changing your verification, you could refer to:
