How to fix: "Error occurred in request., InvalidURL: Failed to parse:"

Question

For example running az repos list the error in the title shows up. The url its complaining about: https://git.dev.azure.com/kalmarkommun/datalager/_git/datalager/vsts/info. Not sure where the url comes from, or what I should replace it with, or even how. Helpful for any advice you've got.
