My id and test place pictures verification problem

Question

My appointment for AZ 900 is on 28/6/23 at 3 PM . I logged and completed the whole process , but for verifying the id and the test place pictures it took more then 2 hours , for that reason only I am unable to take the exam. help me to reschedule and take the exam.
