Has your company made the transition from Cisco Phone System to MS Teams Phone system?

Did you keep your Cisco physical phones? How was the experience for the users?

Did you keep your cisco cube routers when you moved to ms teams?

Has there been anything you feel like MS Teams isn't as good as Cisco in doing?

Step 2: Select PSTN connectivity options.

Step 4: Set up emergency calling.

Step 5: If you want to set up an auto attendant.

Step 6: If you want to set up call queues.

Step 7: Set up additional Phone System features.

Step 8: Manage the deployment.

It was helpful to understand steps to set up Ms Teams phone system, but didnt really help me in understanding how successful we will be at utilizing our current Cisco hardware
