message trace more than 90 days

Hi team,

Do you have a Microsoft article that mentions message traces can only go 90 days? Also is there a way to trace emails a few years back?

    Hi @Jennifer,

    Yes, you are right. The maximum period of message trace is 90 days, so it’s not possible to trace emails a few years back. I found this document, you can use it as a reference.
