Does the problem only appear in the shared channel of team B in tenant B while the shared channel of team A works fine?
Is the shared channel of team B deleted? If your channel is deleted, you can recover it within 30 days. The following steps show the process to restore a deleted channel.
Step1. Click More options next to the target team > choose Manage team
Step2.In the management page, open Channels tab and expand the Deleted list > Click the Restore button.
