Why is Teams stopping shared channel

I have two tenants in my control. Tenant A is sharing a channel in Team A with Team B, Tenant B is sharing a channel in Team B to Team A.

Yesterday we saw this in Team B:

We do not know why this service is stopped. Can we check a debug log for this?

Re-inviting the channel is not possible.

Hi Harry, we see the exact same issue and can find nothing to guide us in the right direction. Did you find a solution to this or at least what cuased the error?

No Henrik, never find a solution; we recreated the channel. But I think shared channel are not reliable. We have now the same problem with another shared channel....

Could you please show the complete screenshot so that we can help you better.

Does the problem only appear in the shared channel of team B in tenant B while the shared channel of team A works fine?

Is the shared channel of team B deleted? If your channel is deleted, you can recover it within 30 days. The following steps show the process to restore a deleted channel.

Step1. Click More options next to the target team > choose Manage team

Step2.In the management page, open Channels tab and expand the Deleted list > Click the Restore button.

Hi LiweiTian,

Team A has two channels; Channel 1 is shared with Team B, Channel 2 is the shared channel from Team B. Channel 1 stopped sharing to Team B.

In Team B has also two channels: Channel 1 is shared with Team A, Channel 2 is the shared channel from Team A. Both channels working fine in Team B.

We did not deleted any channels... Thanx for your help!

According to our recent multiple tests and unable to reproduce your current problem, our suggestion is that you can re-create a shared channel and see if the problem can be solved.

Please also contact your administrator to check whether the Azure Active Directory cross-tenant access settings prevent them from sharing channels with people in other organizations.
