I have created a sharepoint with quick links and it works well, but when I want to open the quick links files on Teams App, It doesn't work. When I click them, It looks like the file doesn't have a link.

    Hello

I'm creating files in the quick link option:

    User's image

When I open those files on SharePoint it works well but when I try to open them on Teams Channel It doesn't work. I have tried two different ways to link them - selecting site files from the channel and with Team channel files link. None has worked!

I founded a solution deleting Cache for my Teams account and It worked but I can't push 100 people to remove their Cache. So I wonder if Microsoft has a better solution for this issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi @Camila Suarez,

    Thanks for the detailed description.

    1. I checked your screenshot, and it seems that I have not seen this Quick links option in SharePoint. Can you tell me which version of SharePoint you are using or are you using some other software?
    2. Is there something wrong with the file that you can't open? For example, "You don't have access to this file." error message. If not, could you please describe in detail what you are encountering that is causing the file not to open (Screenshots of the page where the file won't open are also available). Please take care to encode your private information.
    3. If it's not the error I mentioned above and you are able to access the file in SharePoint or clear the Teams account cache and access the link normally, then I'm afraid the problem is not caused by SharePoint. Perhaps you can ask your question in the Teams Community for more help because we have limited resources for Teams here.

Thank you for your understanding and tolerance.
