Does the Teams web client have the same?
Can't attendees in your organization see the shared screen?
Here are a few ways to troubleshoot this issue:
- Try cleaning the client cache file.
- Check for updated Teams client versions.
- Check whether the network bandwidth meets the requirements.
- Recreate a meeting that shares the screen with a small number of attendees, and then invites multiple users to the meeting.
- Attendees are requested to register to join the meeting instead of joining anonymously.
If none of the above works, contact your admin at Teams admin center to use the Call Quality Dashboard to monitor and maintain meeting quality within your organization.
Sign into Teams admin center> Analytics & reports>Call Quality Dashboard.
