Teams webinar: participants have issues with viewing presenters / content

We hosted a webinar yesterday and have another scheduled Monday morning. We encountered several issues that compromised the quality of the webinar for both our presenters and our participants.

We encountered the following issues, which we need to resolve before monday, our next webinar:

  1. Participants were not able to see the presentation / shared screens / videos of speakers – they could hear everything but see nothing. One presenter was providing a demo through sharing a chrome website, but sme participants only saw the presenter, not the shared content. The recording was fine and everything was visible
  2. For the organisers managing the webinar, the presenters seemed to be displayed perfectly (this is also the case on the recording), but some participants only saw a non active presenter and not our panelists. When we tried to take them off-screen, it did not give an option other than ‘bring on screen’

AS the recording showed no issues, we believe the issue is likely to be with the participant. However, since multiple participants were having this issue, we want to make sure that we know what we can do or our participants. Plase advise.

    Does the Teams web client have the same?

    Can't attendees in your organization see the shared screen?

    Here are a few ways to troubleshoot this issue:

    If none of the above works, contact your admin at Teams admin center to use the Call Quality Dashboard to monitor and maintain meeting quality within your organization.

    Sign into Teams admin center> Analytics & reports>Call Quality Dashboard.
