For some reason, Microsoft will not let me subscribe to Office 365, even though it has taken my money

I am trying to subscribe to Office 365. Microsoft has already taken my money. My ID number is 10032000D4FADE00. I have tried to subscribe using my email and my telephone number. Neither seems to work. Please help.
