Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
a. Press Windows key + X on the keyboard.
b. Click on Control panel.
c. Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Control panel search box.
d. Click on Troubleshooting and click on View all.
e. Click on Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions
