unlinking a certification profile

Question

I want to unlink the connected certification profile from my learning profile, as it is leading to my previous job that i already left, I have started a new job

1. If I am going to give the exam is Microsoft is going to ask for ID proof of my previous job if yes how can I get rid of it as I am not claiming any discount on behalf of previous job.
2. How can i change it to new organization
3. I have connected my previous job email to my personal email now I got an offer to on personal email but my profile is still leading to my previous job automatically.
4. There is no option to unlink it.
