Why I didn't receive an email from Microsoft to get Microsoft certified

I took the Microsoft certification exam for Azure Data Fundamentals learning on June 27, 2023, and I have successfully achieved a score above the pass requirement. On the notice on the day of the exam, I got the information that I will receive an email from Microsoft to congratulate me and to get the certificate. However, I haven't got it even though it's been more than 48 hours after my exam. On the Microsoft page I got a certificate, but there is no credential ID. Please assist kindly help, Thankyou.
