Windows Firewall scope is not working other RDP port

hi all,

I changed RDP port in registry.
I want only from one ip can remote established with this port.

I created a new rule in Inbound rules on destination and allow that port and set source ip in scope=>remote ip address.

but this not working.

why?

    Sounds too restrictive. The remote address is going to change depending on the ISP being used plus these addresses are sometimes dynamic.

    The firewall would not apply to your LAN. Much simpler solution would be to control the users via the Remote Desktop users group.
